Christmas in Antwerpen 2010

On the second day of christmas we went to the grandparents of Christopher. They live in Antwerpen, Belgium. Christopher didn't went there for a long time, and he missed them very much. Every day he asked: Can we go with the train to opa and oma? So yesterday he was very happy.In the house he was running from one room to the other room, most of the times chasing the cats.Later we went to the restaurant, and there came the rest of the family: Gijsbart & Marit and Robert & Elles with their wonderful children Tara and Quinn.The time we had there was very nice and Christopher enjoyed the company of his uncles and aunts, and his grandparents. Only a few people of the family didn't come. Adri and Sven were in New York.His favourite uncle was not there also, so he keep asking: Where is Paul? No matter what answer we gave him, he kept asking the same question. Even Robert pretend at one time that he was Paul, but we can't fool Christopher.We had a great time there, and Christopher was very tired in the train home, but he was very happy.He still talks about opa and oma.

Just the 3 of us in plaswijckpark

A few days ago we been to Plaswijckpark, a big
playground, zoo and swimming area in rotterdam. We went there by
train, and that's Christophers favorite! We played in the swimming
pool, we ride also in a small rain. In that small train we could see
the whole area, and we saw a lot of animals, from chicken and birds,
to Alpacas and donkeys! We ride with the water bike, which looked
like a big swan, and although he was scared in the beginning, he
liked it and didn't want to get out anymore.

there, but it wasn't a success, because it was still too big for
him. It didn't matter to him, we just keep going to the next fun
thing to do.
In the zoo he enjoyed very much, and he saw many
animals for the first time in his life. We saw horses, birds, owls,
donkeys and deers. We saw alpacas and other strange animals we never
knew about. It was a nice weather that day and we were all tired
when we went out. As soon as we were in the tram the little guy was
sleeping. He missed the whole train ride to his house.

A few weeks ago Christophers uncle Paul and aunt
Marije were here. We hadn't seen them for a long time.
At this
time Christopher hurt his foot and had blue plaster on it. Paul and
Marije were the first ones to draw something on it. And it looked
nice!Christopher had a good time with them, and he treated them like
his best friends.At this moment his foot is all better now,
he can run on it and his plaster is gone...

Last few months it was so busy for us because my family visited from Bangladesh and we go with them on Europe tours like Germany, Belgium and Paris. You can see all the pics in my foto album and offcourse we had quality time with them. That's why i didn't had enough time to update my website. I apologise for that.
